Webinar Short: Addressing Monitoring Challenges in Post-Acute Care
In this short video, Kayla Holborn, PTA, Telemetry Monitoring Director at Momentum at South Bay, shares the challenges that led her team to implement the Vios Monitoring Program.
Relying on traditional ECG monitoring created several obstacles. Clinical teams had limited visibility into patient status, lacked real-time data to support interventions, and sometimes missed early warning signs, particularly when patients were asymptomatic.
Recognizing these gaps, Momentum at South Bay sought a solution that could enhance its cardiopulmonary program, support clinical staff, and help elevate the quality of patient care through technology.
